Did you know that stingrays are related to sharks? Instead of bones, their bodies are made of cartilage, which is the same flexible material found in your nose and ears! This helps them glide gracefully through the water.

Coloring Tips

1. 1🎨 Stingray Shades - Stingrays often have sandy brown, gray, or spotted patterns to blend with the ocean floor. Try soft grays or light browns for its body, and a lighter shade for its belly.
2. 2🖍️ Vibrant Coral - Coral comes in so many bright colors! Think pinks, oranges, purples, and even blues. Use a mix of warm and cool colors to make the coral really pop and create a beautiful hideaway.
3. 3✨ Sparkling Bubbles - Leave the bubbles mostly white or use very light blue/gray for a translucent effect. You can add tiny white highlights with a white crayon or gel pen to make them look like they're floating.
4. 4🌈 Ocean Depths - For the water around our little stingray, use varying shades of blue and green. Start lighter near the surface and go darker as you move towards the bottom to create a sense of depth.
