We care about artists and creators. If you see something on Print4Coloring that you believe uses your work without permission (or other reasons), let us know and we'll look into it quickly.
How to Request a Removal
If you would like us to remove content that you believe infringes your copyright, please send us a written request to legal@print4coloring.com including the following details:
1. Your Contact Information
- Full name
- Email address
2. Description of the Copyrighted Work
- A clear description of the original work you own or represent.
- A link or reference to where the original work can be found (if available).
3. Location of the Alleged Infringing Content
- The exact URL(s) of the coloring page or content you want removed.
4. Statement of Good Faith
- A statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Statement of Accuracy
- A statement that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Signature
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative. (Simply typing your name at the end of your email counts as an electronic signature.)
What Happens Next
- We'll review your request as soon as possible.
- If it looks valid, we'll remove or disable the content.
- We'll let the uploader know, in case they believe it's a mistake.
If Your Content Was Removed
If you think something of yours was taken down by mistake, you can send us a simple counter-notice:
- Your name and contact details.
- The link to the page that was removed.
- A short statement like: "I believe this content was removed in error or misidentification."
- Your electronic signature.
A Quick Note
- Please only submit takedown requests if you truly own the rights to the work.
- Sending false or misleading notices can create legal issues.
- We'll always act fairly and do our best to protect both creators and users.
Other Removal Requests
If you believe a page or piece of content on our website should be removed for reasons other than copyright or intellectual property, you may contact us at legal@print4coloring.com to request a review.
Examples of reasons may include:
- Privacy concerns
- Inaccurate information
- Content you feel is inappropriate for our audience
- Your own artwork or materials posted without proper credit or permission
We review all requests on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee removal in every instance, we take all concerns seriously and will respond promptly.
